THE MAJESTY OF
SAMPLE CHAPTERS
THE MAJESTY OF JUDAS is divided into short chapters, each one comprising a collection of independent prose poems, divided by various interstitial pieces authored by each of the four main characters.

Sample #1 - Book Opening
This excerpt comprises the beginning of the book up to the end of Book 2 of the Book of Lily.
It includes an interstitial part attributed to Maryam, better known as Mary Magdalene, although this Magdalene is a woman who wields awesome and terrible power.
Then begins the text of The Book of Lily, also known as Shushan' Eduth' (the Lily of Testimony) and a transliteration into Arabic which can be rendered as "Night Book".

Sample #2 - The Cutting of the Locks
This excerpt is taken from somewhere around the middle of the book.
It is is perhaps the most significant moment in the text, alongside so many other significant moments.
The text shows the destruction of something beautiful, but also the creation and solidification of so many other beautiful things.
The action surrounds what is called Judas' Kiss of Death, because as Lily says: He now has me unto death. Because I shepherd His strength and He flows with my deepest secrets.
Even if you don't read the rest of the book this excerpt will surely stay with you.
